what is d.i.d?

maybe one of your friends just told you they have the disorder. maybe it was a loved one or a partner. maybe you just got diagnosed yourself. whatever the case is, you've found yourself in a position where you want to learn a little bit more about d.i.d or osdd. that's great! this resource was made especially for people in that sort of situation, by a system (person with d.i.d) for systems and the singlets (people without d.i.d) in their lives in the hopes that their loved ones can gain an insight and understanding into the condition they live with.

stay strong, and remember you're not alone.

from, the teahaus system

for the loved ones of the teahaus system

thank you for taking the time to read this. as d.i.d has affected my life increasingly, especially over the last five years that we have been living online and more openly about being a system. i expect you have some questions, some of which i hope will be answered in this little website i put together. if they aren't, feel free to ask me. i may not have all the answers, but i can tell you a little more about what it's been like for me and the rest of the system. i would like for you to eventually meet everyone in the system who wants to meet you. even though they may have spent time with you before without you knowing it. it will take them, and i'm sure you as well, a while to warm up to you, but i hope you can see them as a valuable and important part of my life.

on behalf of the rest of the system, and with love: thank you.
